Report: A foodie journey to taste the real flavors of Iwate and Tohoku
2020.03.05Aurora J5 held a special Italian dinner made with local ingredients paired with wine made in the adjacent town of Kuzumaki at a culturally important historic old house.
20 people attended the event this time, including customers from Tokyo, and foreign residents of Japan as well as 3 monitors and staff members.
The following day, we visited the main sight-seeing locations in Iwate-machi, visited the workplaces of the Aurora J5 members, saw a farm, did an activity at a dairy farm, and visited a factory. Through these activities, we publicized the cultural and history of Iwate-machi while showing the safety of food production done here.
